INFORMATION OF INTEREST Sango
TASTING NOTE
Colour: Intense and lively cherry red - cardinal colours observed at first clearly identify the Tinta de Toro variety. The hints of violet maroon show us the smooth and slow evolution of the wine during the ageing process.
Aroma: Spicy and complex minerals pre dominate the bouquet reflecting the symbiosis of the wine and the French oak, each contributing with its most important nuance, with a light reminder of varietals aroma.
Taste: Whilst entering the mouth, it shows silkiness, velvety sensations and well integrated sweet tannins. The finish will be long and persistent, making us enjoy the wine even more, combining a good balance of fruit.
MATCHING
The intense balsamic notes make it combine very well with elaborated meat dishes. Also suitable to cured cheeses
