Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with garnet reflections, and where it has a medium layer intensity. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

On the nose, we can say that the Empordà character is well rooted. It gives off fresh aromas of lightly calculated red and black fruit, in a few minutes in the glass, it opens and here it is, that its terroir of origin takes over, the mineral notes so characteristic of the slate and the herbaceous aromas conclude the symphony.

TASTE:

Mouth with structure and some complexity. But its undisputed protagonist is an impenetrable freshness. Elegant, balanced tannins with a very expressive mineral aftertaste. Persistent end.

Ideal with our gastronomy; cuttlefish with peas, chicken with prawns, cannelloni, roasts, etc.

RIM is a small project started in 2015 by Jordi Esteve in the village of Rabós, in the Empordà. He is currently working on 7 hectares of old Grenache, Carignan and Macabeo vineyards in a natural way, and where he takes great care and arranges the fruit so that he can obtain high quality wines in this way with minimal intervention.

Its wines are landscape that transmit the strength of a slate terrain, a land with a wild spot and that needs the complicity of the old vineyards and the wise people around it.

Wines and people of secret gaze, from where little by little you discover them.
