TASTING NOTE
Colour

This wine reveals an attractive ripe cherry colour with lively ruby-coloured glints. Clear aspect.

AROMA:

This wine’s bouquet is outstanding due to the elegance and abundance of its aromatic nuances. There are whiffs of well-seasoned fruit, rich hints of cocoa and vanilla, and reminiscences of minerals. Dark forest aromas can be detected in the background.

TASTE:

It strength, lushness and the maturity of its tannins can be appreciated in the mouth. The wood flavours are generously wrapped around the fruit but do not stand out. As a result, it is a tasty and balanced wine. The retronasal effect is elegantly long-lasting with a pleasant background that reminds us of its bouquet.

MATCHING
Because of its full-bodied refined nature, it is accompanied well by small game dishes, grilled meat and even some stews of large game.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
More than a working philosophy, the four wineries that form the wine heritage of Alejandro Fernández – the Pesquera Corporation: Pesquera, Condado de Haza, El Vinculo and Dehesa La Granja – share the same story of love for the viniculture that time helped to perfect. The bonds with its home land are clearly expressed in the symbol of the group: the image of the Arch and the Tower of Pesquera de Duero, typical of its flagships, the “Tinto Pesquera’.
