Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Maroon color with ruby highlights. Medium / high layer intensity. Very nice to see.

AROMA:

In the nose, the most complex aromas are manifested from the first moment. Truffled notes dance in perfect symbiosis with raspberry jam, and end with a earthy touch.

TASTE:

Entry into the mouth where viscerality reigns on all sides. Texture and opulence dressed in a unique elegance and finesse, with soft and well integrated tannins.

Not too far from Petrus and Fleur-Petrus is a rather ruinous farm that produces one of the best and most expensive wines in Bordeaux. Like Chateau Le Gai, they were owned by the Robin sisters. After Thérèse Robin's death in 1984, her sister Marie rented Lafleur to her cousin Jacques Guinaudeau, who in 2001 remained with the property, which consists of three different plots of land.
