TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean and bright Cherry red color with purple trim. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

Entry on the nose really seductive, where its complexity and intensity surrounds you. Principle of aromas of ripe black fruit at its maximum expression, and where its notes of smoked, toasted and dried fruits take center stage due to aging in barrels.

TASTE:

On the palate, it is presented with all the sincerity and nobility that characterizes it. Elegance personified, all accompanied with sweet and round tannins really enveloping.

MATCHING
Ideal to accompany with plates of legumes, meat dishes, as they can be perfectly; Grilled lamb, "Cochinillo", stews, etc ...
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The plot is located on a slope that is 900 meters high with slopes that oscillate between 30% and 40% established in a system of vertical axis. It shows a limestone texture of high minerality with the presence of white limestone salts. It was planted in 1994.

The harvest is done by hand using small volume boxes and after passing through a cold chamber, enter the tanks by gravity.

Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is carried out in small French oak barrels managed under "Haute-futaie" with native and unique yeast and bacteria native to the farm, to express to the full the characteristics of our terroir, respecting the singularity of each vintage

The wine enters barrel always using gravity. It has been 24 months in selected barrels of extra-fine grain of French oak.

Clarified with egg white and bottled by gravity with selected natural cork stopper in April 2014.

"Costs the Hours 2014 defines
the virtues of this slope slope
pronounced and of extreme viticulture
that we develop here. Guided vineyard
in vertical glass, accompanied by the mountain
low We want to emphasize the complexity and strength of this wine with which
We feel that, after auctioned, we go
achieving new levels of commitment to nature, our land
and its history. The cradle of a fine black
exciting. Our vineyard more accurate
and pure. "
