PARKER
PEÑÍN
Clean, clear and bright. Intense garnet color with cherry reflections. Medium / high layer intensity. Very pleasing to the eye.
The nose is the expressiveness of the varietal in its maximum state. Good complexity of aromas of a very well-formed evolution, notes of Moka, coffee and sweet spices, all ending with the indisputable touch of black fruits, where blackberries reappear with all their fullness.
Entry into the mouth of elegance and splendid balance. The passage through the mouth is round, voluptuous and certainly fatty, and where the notes of black fruit are once again witnessed. A wine of extraordinary complexity, provided by a slightly toasted aftertaste and well-integrated and ripe tannins. Long and persistent.
