Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry cherry color. Medium - high layer intensity. Very nice to see.

AROMA:

Top notes are red fruits, ripe cherry, wild strawberries and raspberries. A touch of spice where the liquorice emerges, which is sideways with the toasted touch contributed by the barrel.

TASTE:

Tasty, meaty, balanced, creamy and with good structure. Reminiscent of red and black fruit with a mineral touch. Long and persistent finish.

MATCHING
Ideal to accompany roasts, cannelloni, pasta, cold meats and cheeses.
