TASTING NOTE
Colour: Medium high layer and has a beautiful cherry red color with a bright garnet edge. Fine tear with a dense appearance and a soft drop.
Aroma: Good aromatic intensity, of ripe wild red fruits that let in floral fragrances and remind us of the intensity of violet. You can discover the nuances of aging, elegant toast, subtle mentholated balsamic and even a touch of resin. Gradually, the sweetness of some species is revealed, which is identified with cinnamon, the bitterness of cocoa and the perfume of a fresh tobacco.
Taste: A tasty and resounding entry, ripe fruit and balanced toast invade the palate along with nuances of rich and exotic spices accompanied by complex and resinous balsamic. Good tannins, very round and balanced, which give it a slightly sweet note; balanced acidity. Long and persistent finish, with a balanced presence of fruit and toast.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
With this simple and easy premise, Sin Etiquetas was born, a company dedicated to the creation, development and management of wine projects.
Sin Etiquetas calls for hedonistic and free thought, breaking with established dogmas. In this way, a new adventure begins to find lost time, stop to observe emotions and savor personal relationships.
His maxim: to give birth to wines that bring pleasure, without ties, without borders but with a territorial identity from which to transform the expression of all his work into wines. Always eager to share emotions, smiles and break boundaries.
They bottle unlabeled dreams all over the country, from Catalonia to the Ribera del Duero via Rueda.
Elaboration:
Pre-maceration at a controlled temperature between 7 and 12 days, spontaneous fermentation between 22º and 26ºC for 2 weeks and subsequent malolactic fermentation, in a stainless steel tank. The press wine separates.

Variety: 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Grenache Noir, 20% Merlot, 10% Sumoll. The vineyards were planted in the late 1990s.
Soil: Clay-limestone with surface pebble sediments.
