Colour

Clean, limpid and bright. Cherry red color with garnet reflections.

AROMA:

On the nose, the aromas of ripe black fruit, blueberries and plums stand out. Accompanied at all times by the aromas that come from the aging in wood, the toasted notes, coffee and cocoa.

TASTE:

In the mouth you can appreciate the great structure it has, but it is well integrated and rounded, achieving a voluminous and unctuous sensation. Despite having many years of aging, it still has the potential to age for many more.

Its volume and structure make it ideal to accompany mountain cuisine dishes, with game meats, beef with mushrooms and a good entrecote. Also to accompany canned snails or a good rice soup. The optimal serving temperature is between 15-17ºC.

Its promoter has wanted to concentrate the energy, professionalism and experience acquired over years in the wine sector of the Empordà and turn it into an intimate and personal project.

Vineyards spread throughout the Natural Park of National Interest of the Albera Massif, where the traditional Empordà varieties, Grenache and Carignan, play a very important role. Slate soils that provide a great personality, together with a mountain climate that transmits great character to the wines.

This project is the result of a great deal of work where priority is given to respect for the territory, typicality, nature and the ecological work of the vineyard, among others.

For this dreamer, the most important thing is that each sip of his wines shows the purest Empordà.
