TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry red color with garnet reflections. Medium / high layer intensity. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

On the nose, its intensity in aromas stands out. First contact in the glass where a good variety of notes of black fruit (cherry, currant and plum) are perceived and more to the background, the red fruit (magrana and raspberry), which are enriched and in perfect harmony with the balsamic aromas and spices from the same aging (honey, toast and vanilla touches).

TASTE:

In the mouth it is opulence at its best. Silky tannins run through the palate developing a long, broad and persistent finish.

MATCHING
We have a wine of overwhelming complexity, and where, home to perfection with dishes of good body. For meat lovers, this is definitely a wine to keep in mind. Accompany it with: Baked lamb carrot, Grilled beef ribs, Beef Turnedó with couscous and vegetables, Stewed pork "Codillo", etc.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The alcoholic fermentation has been carried out for 26 days in small stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, the malolactic in American oak barrels and the aging in French oak barrels.

  - It receives the name of the Pago de Valderramiro, planted in 1924 and the sense of making this wine gives maximum prominence to the "terroir" -

Ribera del Duero is one of the most important wine-growing regions in Spain, is located in Castilla y León and embraces a part of the Duero basin. Limited in the east by the town of San Esteban de Gormaz and in the west by Quintanilla de Onessimo, Ribera del Duero has a surface of 21000 hectares and an annual production of barely 56 million of liters.
