Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with garnet reflections, and where it has a medium layer intensity.

AROMA:

The nose represents the personality of the Priorat. The aromas of ripe black fruit take center stage, where they manage to harmonize with the mineral and toasty notes of their own aging.

TASTE:

On the palate with density and an almost palpable volume. Passage by mouth with warm and firm tannins, where they will lead you to a persistent, long finish.

Red meats, white, cheeses, fatty fish

The cellar is located in the ancestral home where Joan Simó was born, the grandfather of the current owner. It has the capacity to manufacture and store 25,000 bottles. It began in 1999 with a production of 1,100 bottles and currently 20,000 are produced, with grapes from very old vineyards.

There is a vineyard part in Bellmunt del Priorat and the rest in Porrera. A large part are garnacha and carinyenes, autochthonous varieties par excellence of the Priorat.

Les Sentius is a selection of Garnacha grapes from the youngest vineyards and a lower percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon from the vineyards located in the village of Molar and Syrah. Manual harvest, the wine has been aged for 15 months in barrels of 1 and 2 wines (50% and 40% of Les) and 10% new French oak.
