Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with ruby reflections. Medium layer intensity. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

The nose is a spectacle. The red fruits (cherry and raspberry) characteristic of the variety are exposed on a bed of floral, vanilla and spicy notes.

TASTE:

Mouth where freshness takes over the palate. The red fruit that appeared on the nose is present again, but with a little more strength. It is worth noting a light spicy touch that gives it a very distinctive crunchy sensation and an acidity that is balanced with soft and delicate tannins.

Beef carpaccio with parmesan, glass cake with fresh fig cheese and cherry tomato, grilled vegetables with romesco sauce, lentil salad with prawns and blue fish with any style of cooking.
