Colour

It surprises us with a brilliant and intense ruby tone. Its rim offers subtle shades of purple.

AROMA:

The nose is very expressive and takes us to the aromas of forest fruits, mainly black, such as blackberry. Then appear balsamic and menthol tones that make it fresh and, later, slight hints of smoked and spices appear. Its fragrance, very persistent, ends up suggesting deeper and more intense perfumes, truffle, leather and game meat.

TASTE:

On the palate, it is sweet on the palate and this characteristic indicates the dimension of its personality. At the same time it is a delicate and silky wine, with a balanced and long passage through the palate, so that it will remain persistent in the memory.

This wine will create a perfect harmony with game meats, stews, casseroles, sea and mountain rice dishes and, in general, recipes full of aromatic intensity.

Habla is a project located in Trujillo (Cáceres) that has 200 hectares, with slate soils, not very fertile but optimal for growing vines. It is an avant-garde winery in terms of architecture and functional aesthetics, as well as in terms of research and development. They are currently working on a project that studies the reduction of sulfur dioxide in the winemaking process, with the ultimate goal of reducing the concentration of added sulfites through the use of polyphenols extracted from the grapes themselves.
