Colour

Ruby colour with tile bright trim. It forms good layer.

AROMA:

Aromatic, intense, medium-high power. Notes of red and black fruit (plum and cherry), aromatic woods, balsamic, species. Laurel and mineral reminds.

TASTE:

Tasty and well structured, alive in the palate and with an important weight of the fruit, ripe cherries. Live but balanced tannins. Pleasant and long end.

Long range wine with an interesting gustatory power. Suitable with artisan fatty pate, meat stews with vegetables (veal with mushrooms, Milanese osso buco), meat stews with fruit (duck a l’orange, partridge with cabbage or duck breast with berry sauce).
