Colour: Intense cherry red color with berries, such as blackberries and plums in compote.
Aroma: High aromatic potency. Cedar, eucalyptus, chocolate, licorice, balsamic, pastry with touches of elegance and soft wood on the nose.
Taste: It is a wine with a wide and silky entry, with round, powerful and deep tannins with a persistent aftertaste in the mouth.
It will be perfect served with dishes such as duck or civet magrets, either wild boar or even hare.
Serve between 16º and 18º C.
In 2003 Tomás Cusiné decided to undertake a new wine-growing project in which he could dump all his passion and knowledge. The winery is located in the village of El Vilosell, in the Les Garrigues region, LLeida, within the D.O. Costers del Segre. It has the adequate facilities for the elaboration that mark the quality objectives. The farm is located on the north face of the Sierra de La Llena, it limits to the south with the province of Tarragona and the regions of La Conca de Barberà i El Priorat, at an altitude between 700 and 740 meters above sea level.
