Colour

Cherry color, with some ruby glare in sight. Medium layer - high. Good intensity

AROMA:

Good complexity Explosion of wild red fruits, gooseberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, with certain touches to sweet species.

TASTE:

In the mouth it is a very polished wine, but with a vivid vividness, tannins very present but very well integrated. Harmonic The olfactory notes appear the wild fruits that pronounced in nose. Naturalness in pure state.

MATCHING
Versatile black wine, we can combine it with different dishes and cooks of some elaboration.

Wines reds designation of origin D.O. Empordà
The appellation of Origin Empordà is located on the northern-east of Catalonia. The territory is distributed in two regions and 55 villages. 35 belong to Alt Empordà and the remaining 20 belong to Baix Empodrà. The average annual production reaches the 65000 hectoliters of wine with a planted surface of around 2000 hectares. From its beginnings the denomination was called Empordà-Costa Brava, but in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was deleted.
