Colour: Garnet red with hints of cherry.
Aroma: Intense, honest and expressive. We find notes of ripe red fruit, cocoa and liquor sensations. Mineral and slightly spicy.
Taste: Balanced acidity and alcohol, easy drinking, very nice. Fresh and persistent finish.
Con pollo asado recommend that combine with Ciruelas, judías with sausage, grilled lamb of costillas, embedded, pork in oven.
This wine comes from small vineyards of the village of Navarredondilla (Avila) in the Sierra de Gredos, all Grenache on granitic soils at an altitude of 1,152 meters, was exclusively fermented with indigenous yeasts making their own unique and unrepeatable. Wine produced by Maestro Alfredo producer of natural wines (prepared without addition of chemicals) of Ribera del Duero. In 2000 he purchased his first vineyards in 2003 came the first wines. Currently working on farms scattered Valladolid, Segovia, Burgos and Avila, but a short distance from the winery Peñafiel (Valladolid). The vines are between 10 and 101 years, and the varieties are working Tempranillo, Garnacha, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Albillo.
