Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with garnet reflections, where it has an intensity of medium layer with a dense and marked tear. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

Nose entry with extraordinary elegance, and where the assemblage of the two varieties is carried with magnificent delicacy. The aromas of berries, aromatic herbs and small earthy touches that strongly mark the purity of the varieties appear strongly.

TASTE:

Delicious and fresh on the palate, where its tannins penetrate the palate with strength and naturalness. Long, wide and seductively persistent finish.

The grains are selected in the selection table, the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats for 12 days and the subsequent aging with their mothers in earthenware amphorae for 12 months, and where subsequently a minimum of 10 months in bottle before going on the market. The wine has not been stabilized, for this reason precipitates may appear. It is recommended to decant and open it for a while before consuming it in order to be able to taste it with all its expressiveness and fullness. Optimal operating temperature 18 °.
