PARKER
PEÑÍN
Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with violet edges, with good layer intensity and very pleasant to look at.
On the nose, it shows all the empordans character inside the cup. It is presented frankly, directly and with very good complexity. Aromas of red and black fruits, with spicy touches, Mediterranean herbs, in which rosemary and thyme stand out, and with more aniseed notes, though, with much more subtlety they manage to merge with a perfect harmony with the roasted and smoked notes so characteristics of its aging in French oak barrels.
From the mouth, it is presented with the same openness and sincerity as in the nose. Good entry, with very elegant and fine travel. Good presence of fruit paired with acidity that makes it bring a lot of freshness in the wine. Mature and integrated tannins with a long finish and very good persistence.
