TASTING NOTE
Colour

Deep red cherry.

AROMA:

Elegant, clean and free. Nice notes of fig, blackberry, anise and baked apple. Background of spices and smoky hints.

TASTE:

Structured and balanced acidity. Velvety mouth feel reminiscent of candied red fruit with hints of minerals. Final excellent. First vintage of this ambitious project.

MATCHING
Perfect with a "canard confit", filet mignon, veal with mushrooms or grilled steak.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Typical castle of the vineyards of Saint-Emilion, owners are Peter Sisseck (Dominio de Pingus) and Silvio Denz, is located in the corner of Château Laroque. Wine classified as a Grand Cru Classé classification of Saint Emilion 1985. The property includes seven acres of vineyard quality, 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc. The winery is renovated and equipped with the latest technology since 2011.

At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
