TASTING NOTE
Colour

Excellent rim. Very deep cherry colour and dark-ruby reflections.

AROMA:

Black fruit aroma with balsamic and good acidity.

TASTE:

The palate has a fresh entry, with black fruit hues and a balsamic and persistent ending.

MATCHING
Rice, poultry and red meat, either grilled or stewed and cured cheeses. A wine to pair with a fan of dishes given its freshness. The wine expresses all its complexity served at 12 to 14ºC.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
La Masía Gustems is a reflection of tradition and modernity, both the Masía and its content. La Masia recovers the modern style that it originally gave off with a fresh and attractive result where they find the Bodega Ferré I Catasús and the Sumoll Restaurant.

Las Viñas:
There are 46 hectares distributed along the Alt and Baix Penedès which bear the fruit that fills the Ferré I Catasús bottles.

Currently her children and specifically Lluís Ferré continues the family dream by putting the soul into the Ferré I Catasús Winery.

Wines reds designation of origin D.O. Penedès
Between the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona is located the Penedès region, with the largest wine-growing surface and the largest production in Catalonia. Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, the Pre-litoral Mountains and from the Llobregat River to the Gaià River. The most important cities of this appellation of origin are the Vilafranca del Penedès (capital city) and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The more planted variety is Xarel·lo, with a surface of more than 7000 hectares.
