Colour

Clean, limpid and bright. Deep ruby color with violet reflections. Medium layer intensity. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

Generous and complex nose that reveals aromas of black cherry, "holm oak" and cinnamon.

TASTE:

On the palate, it is powerful, balanced, with a persistent finish dominated by round tannins and aromas of candied cherry.

Perfect accompaniment to hare civet or lamb chops with fine herbs.

Alcoholic fermentation takes place in oak barrels. The maceration is especially long (5 to 7 weeks). The descuble is made according to the tastings of each "fudre".
The "Gota wines" (extracted from the must) and the "press wines" (extracted from the pomace) are processed separately.

The aging takes place in local oak barrels.

We recommend consuming it at a temperature of 16º to 18º.
