TASTING NOTE
Colour

Intense cherry color

AROMA:

Aromas of balsamic notes, black fruits, spices and flowers.

TASTE:

A fresh, fruity, very tasty and full-bodied wine.

MATCHING
We can serve it with dishes with high taste power: Duck confit with blueberries or orange, Grilled Iberian pork secret, pork tenderloin with sauces, cured cheeses and / or stews.

We recommend drinking it at about 15 ° C - 17 ° C, in large Hermitage glasses, which allow it to aerate, if not proceed to decanting about 45 minutes before.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
We are facing the maximum expression of the characters of the original Garnacha clones. Being the highest region, the Calatayud appellation of origin produces incredibly intense but well-balanced wines, with a very lively acidity due to its considerable altitude and the slate soils give it a quite marked minerality.

The first sources recorded in the 7th century show the cultivation of Garnacha in the Medieval Kingdom of Aragon, which he spread, crossing the Mediterranean to southern France and Italy.

Traditional dry farming. Glass-driven organic strains, grown entirely by hand with minimal manipulation. Vineyards planted on slopes without terraces.

After the first fermentation, it is subjected to malolactic fermentation, in French oak barrels, for twenty months. For the first ten months, 40% of the barrels are new, after the next ten months they use neutral 600-liter barrels.
