TASTING NOTE
Colour: Cherry coloured wine filled with light brick-red reflections.
Aroma: Aroma of ripe black fruit, liqueur, with notes of black pepper and toasted new oak. Very complex and spicy.
Taste: The mouth is powerful, meaty and tannic with good structure, elegant and unctuous. The finish is long, fresh and easy to drink due to its good acid balance and great finesse.
MATCHING
This wine marida well with ham and cheeses, red meat, poultry, game casseroles such as partridge, rabbit, deer, wild boar, roe, seasoned with spicy sauces.
