TASTING NOTE
Colour: Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with ruby reflections, with medium layer intensity. Very pleasing to the eye.
Aroma: In the nose, it emphasizes its aromatic power. It is necessary to name, the aromas of ripe black fruit (computed), and where they are fused on a bed of spicy nuances of pepper, cloves and cumin. The wooden touches reign with the sweetest notes of the purest vanilla and the most expressive cocoa.
Taste: Entry into the mouth where, from the beginning, a carnosity dressed in perfect acidity surrounds you. Ripe tannins of exceptional balance, and where, balsamic aromas seduce you along with fruity touches on their way backward.
MATCHING
Its complexity makes it the perfect companion with red meats, roasts, strong cheeses, etc ... In short, any dish where the taste power is the main protagonist.

Albet i Noya Finca La Milana is a red wine from the D.O. Penedès prepared by Albet i Noya. This wine is a coupage of the Caladoc, Tempranillo and Merlot varieties.
The grape, as the name of the wine indicates, comes exclusively from the La Milana estate. This is composed of 11 terraces that occupy a plot of seven hectares.
The soils are poor in organic matter and of calcareous-clay type. The strains are around 25 years old and are treated in an ecological way.
The clusters of Albet and Noya Finca La Milana grow in vineyards that were planted more than 150 years ago by the wife of Senyor Milà: hence the name La Milana.
The harvest is done manually, after selecting the grapes. In the cellar, the grains pass again through a selection table after being destemmed.
Albet i Noya Finca La Milana grapes ferment for eight days at a constant temperature of 25º.
Subsequently, an 18-day maceration is carried out with two daily traces.
Finally, Albet i Noya Finca La Milana ages in new 225-liter French oak barrels for thirteen months before also resting in the bottle.
This wine is not clarified or cold stabilized. It simply goes through a slight filtration process.
The Albet family began to work the farm's land in 1903, although its relationship with the wine dates back to the middle ages.
The wines of the Albet i Noya winery can be found today in much of the world.
