This fortified wine has been aged for 20 years with the system of "criaderas y soleras". Founded in 1877 by Alexander Williams, currently property of the Medina family and with a 100% Andalusian capital, Williams & Humbert is one of the most important wineries of Jerez. Leading the market with brands such as Canasta and Gran Duque de Alba Brandy, Dry Sack, company has adapted to the times carried out an important policy of diversification of products according to the tastes of new consumers. The company has its own brand of Iberian cheeses, Medina del Encinar, and a distributor, Sovisur, which markets all its products to the domestic market.
