WHO CAN CONTRACT
"Vintage" is a Porto aged in oak during at most two years and a half before being bottled, and requires at least four years before being served and from 10 to 30 in bottle before being considered a proper aged wine. As it is aging, aromas become more balanced, complex and very distinctive, a mix of flavours....such as chocolate, mint, cinnamon, cocoa, coffee... Full of colour, intense aroma with reminds of raspberry, currants and blackberries jam. Vigorous and powerful but with polished and very well integrated tannins.

The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
