Colour
Deep, almost black, with mahogany trim.
AROMA:
Complex and powerful, noteworthy fragrances of old solera and acetones, which contrasts curiously with floral and fruity notes of Muscat.
TASTE:
Very sweet mouth,with nuances of dates, sticky and soft.
MATCHING
Due to the generous power, it would be a perfect companion with desserts of gustatory character raised as cakes of chocolate, candied orange peel and all kinds of nougat.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Malaga Virgin was founded at the end of the 19th century (1885) by Salvador López, in 1896 partnered with his brother Francisco López López, they start a marketing of bottled wines which include 3 brands: Malaga Virgen, Moscatel Salvador and Trajinero. At the end of the 1980s the grandsons of the founder, acquired 80% and introduce on the market new products, Moscatel Iberia, Cartojal and Brandy 1885. With the extensive experience accumulated by Juan Ignacio de Burgos, one of the grandchildren, the wine world emerging with new products. Currently the daughter of Juan Ignacio, Piluca de Burgos works in the winery, this fact gives entry to the fourth generation since its founding, contributing dynamism, efficiency and modernity in the Malaga Virgen wineries.
