INFORMATION OF INTEREST Lustau Solera East India

TASTING NOTE

Colour: Dark mahogany, bronze reflexes.

Aroma: Elegant, intense. Notes of ripe fruit with hints of mocha, cocoa and toffee.

Taste: Complex, balanced acidity. Nice palate with hints of nuts, raisins and orange crystallized.

MATCHING

Perfect with cakes, puddings and cheeses such as Stilton or Gorgonzola.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Its aging reproduces that which in the 17th century the wines developed on transatlantic voyages to distant British colonies. Made from Oloriso and Pedro Ximénez, which after aging separately in their respective soleras for 12 years, the two wines are combined to re-age in a 45-cask Solera located in the winery's Sacristy.

We recommend serving it at a temperature between 12º - 13º and in a wide glass, with lots of ice and a slice of orange. His marked and inimitable personality has made him a benchmark in today's cocktail bar.
