Clean and bright. Pale straw color.
Pungent aromas, with notes of almonds and small mineral touches.
On the palate it is dry, salty and slightly iodized. Slightly bitter finish reminiscent of green olives.
It is the aperitif wine par excellence and combines perfectly at the table with Iberian ham, seafood, oysters, fried fish, white fish, ceviches, pickles, salads, sushi or sashimi.
