The palate is broad, harmonious, little acid and enough sweet, persistent aftertaste with aromas of ageing in wood.
MATCHING
You can take alone or with ice, recommended as an aperitif or dessert. We suggest pairing with blue cheese.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Mixture of wines of Palomino and Pedro Ximénez oxidative aging of 'criaderas y soleras' with at least half of 15 years, as a result, this singular very sweet oloroso or medium sweet, as the British say.
