ISABELLA ICE identifies a new sparkling fruit cocktail produced with the grape variety "Glera" cultivated in the Prosecco DOC appellation of origin. It is the first grape juice signed in Prosecco DOC by the winemaker Mr Loris Casonato. Colour: Pink pale color, with orange reflects. Its luster, transparency and the presence of carbonic stand out above all. Aroma: High aromatic power, interesting, with fruits, grape, strawberries and cherries. Young. Taste: Very pleasant entrance in mouth, alive carbonic, that adds freshness. Minimum acidity, sweetness persistent. As a welcome cup, aperitif… Perfect for pastries with red fruit. Funny with cocktails, for example a combination of Isabella Rose with natural juices or an Isabella Rose with peach liquor. Strong temperature differences between day and night, typical from Alpine-Mediterranean climate, favors the organoleptic development of grape skins.
