Intensity of floral aromas with light touches of wood and very marked notes of honey.

TASTE:

In the mouth the intense flavors of flowers are magnified with reminiscences of honey. Intense aftertaste that is magnificent in both mouth and nose even some time after you take it. Round palate and extraordinary balance.

It harmonizes perfectly with all kinds of desserts and a wide range of starters. We highlight the nuts as well as Asian cuisine where there are contrasts of flavors.

Product obtained from the fermentation of honey and water. In its characteristics it is very similar to wine, but obviously it is not, as it comes from grape juice and honey mead. Semi-sweet wine, with long fermentation (primary and secondary) of fifty days at 18 °. We recommend a serving temperature of 8 ° to 10 °.
