AROMA:

On the nose, intense aromas of flowers are expressed with notes of meadow in summer, followed by rounded and soft juniper on a very fresh citrus background.

TASTE:

Entry into the mouth where a step stands out in which the dry juniper takes over the palate, then memories of lemon tart and orange marmalade appear. Great harmony of flavors, with a drying finish with hints of spicy juniper and lemon tart.

Sipsmith is a gin that is made in a traditional way and in very small quantities. It is one of the most internationally awarded spirits, thanks to its enormous expressiveness with the classic style of a London Dry Gin.

It is distilled in copper stills following an almost ancestral recipe from the master distillers of the 18th century.

ELABORATION:

It is made in traditional copper alembics with high purity water, and where the best juniper berries are used, which they macerate without haste to be able to extract all their essence. The rest of botanicals used for its distillation are: Spanish ground almond, Italian orris root, Belgian angelica root, Bulgarian coriander seed, Chinese cassia bark, Madasgacar cinnamon bark, Spanish licorice root, lemon rind and peel of Seville orange.
