WHO CAN CONTRACT
It is a triple Gin obtained by conventional batch distillation, single alembic. Alcohol is obtained from organically grown red wheat from Washington Island. This gin is named after the strait between Washington Island and Lake Michigan. Botanists used are wild juniper, coriander and fennel. The final product is crisp, clean and clear, with a predominance of juniper and a slightly spicy finish. The aroma corresponds to the botanical components used.

The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
