PARKER
It has a yellow appearance with gold hints. Fine, regular bubbles, with a very persistent bead.
Intense, fresh and very precise. The bouquet ranges across the entire spectrum of complex aromas, opening with scents of fruits (pears), crystallized citrus peel and lightly roasted nuts, which after a few minutes airing in the glass is followed by aromas of ageing, such as almond and honey.
Broad and fleshy, with deep, chewy pear, pit fruit and buttered toast flavours. A serious style, with velvety texture and excellent finishing punch. This has the concentration to repay cellaring but is open-knit enough to enjoy on the young side.
