On the nose, its fruity aromas stand out, where the bone fruit takes on the absolute prominence, thus finding the apricot and the peach skin. Note the characteristic notes of roasted nuts, lightly smoked and subtly floral and aniseed originating from aging in Acacia barrels.
Mouth entry where the creaminess make a difference, due to the work done with their own lees. Fruit notes predominate in the mouth, which together with an acidity of marked citrus character form a perfect balance.
