Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

In the nose is pure electricity, we have a Sauvignon Blanc of the new world in all its essence. Tropical notes of passion fruit, mango and pineapple are perfectly paired with the freshest vegetable touches. In the minutes in the glass the suggestive floral notes appear reincarnated with hints of jasmine, where they will lead back to the mineral notes from the terroir.

TASTE:

Entrance in dry mouth, where it presents / displays a corpulence of average body. Its passage through the palate is fresh, elegant and with a crunchy acidity that will make you have a pleasant experience. Long, fresh and persistent finish.

Ideal companion with salted sauté with vegetables, tuna with onion, pickled mackerel, cod with roasted peppers and stewed chickpeas and Roman hake with pistachio sauce.
