WHO CAN CONTRACT
The most refined expression of Macabeo, with the marked character of Garraf, where the acidity is very well preserved and with a good aging potential. It is a 100% Macabeo, sourced from two vineyards in the Garraf Massif in the villages of Olesa de Bonesvalls and L'Arbossar. Vines planted on terraced slopes and small flat areas at the foot of the mountains, with high accumulation of colluvial material. It is an organic vineyard. The wine ferments with its own yeasts in 500-liter first and second-year oak barrels, where it ages for 6 months. A wine with floral aromas and white fruit, which pleasantly surprises.
