TASTING NOTE
Colour

Wine brilliant with a straw yellow colour.

AROMA:

Such as befits of the Verdejo variety the nose has a high aromatic intensity with aromas of tropical fruits such as notes of fennel and fresh herbs.

TASTE:

Flavour is refreshing while creamy with a slightly bitter end of the variety resulting from nice long drink. Overall is shown as a fresh and balanced wine.

MATCHING
Its aromatic potential causes what we can take it with the only company of a good conversation on a summer afternoon, yet it will be perfect served with fresh Mediterranean salads and appetizers.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Rueda
The winegrowing zone of Rueda is located on the regions of Valladolid, Ávila and Segovia. This appellation was established on January 12 1980 and was the first authorized appellation in the Castilla y León zone. The planted vineyard area covers approximately 19,000 hectares of vines and in 2021, 124.533.302 kg of grapes were harvested, 90% of which were white grapes. Currently, this region is fashionable for its white wines made from its native white grape variety, Verdejo.
