Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Pale yellow color with grayish reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

The nose is a spectacle of citrus aromas, which highlights lemon, lime and grapefruit skin. And with more subtlety but not less intensely the stone fruit and the floral touches. A set that forms an extraordinary cover letter.

TASTE:

In the mouth, it is the variety and the terroir at its best. Deliciously fresh and deeply mineral, harmonized with a magnificent texture pierced by acidity worthy of the White Chenins of Alsace. A wine of hypnotizing quality.

Its marked acidity and citrus flavor makes it the perfect companion for certainly greasy fish dishes and blue fish. Great with a baked turbot, grilled mackerel and a mere "suquet". Perfect with all kinds of seafood and rice.
