It highlights the white fruit and tropical notes, with a citrus touch.

On the nose, it is intense.

TASTE:

On the palate, it stands out for a voluptuous entry, good acidity, and great elegance.

MATCHING
It pairs well with goat cheeses like "rulo". It is also interesting with Asian cuisine dishes, even spicy ones.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
A single-variety wine made from the pre-phylloxera Forcada grape, planted at Jean Leon in 2020. FO-22 reflects the commitment to the potential of this recovered variety, well-adapted to climate change. A unique wine of which only 3,618 bottles have been made.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Penedès
Between the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona is located the Penedès region, with the largest wine-growing surface and the largest production in Catalonia. Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, the Pre-litoral Mountains and from the Llobregat River to the Gaià River. The most important cities of this appellation of origin are the Vilafranca del Penedès (capital city) and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The more planted variety is Xarel·lo, with a surface of more than 7000 hectares.
