TASTE:

On the palate, it is broad and creamy thanks to its lees aging, with a citrus acidity that makes it lively and very appealing.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
Made with the indigenous varieties Viura, Tempranillo Blanco, Garnacha Blanca, and Malvasía, sourced from high-altitude vineyards. Aged for 5 months on its fine lees, shared between French oak barrels and concrete tanks.
