TASTING NOTE
Colour

In the glass, it presents a beautiful pale yellow with golden flashes, with fine bubbles that are not too abundant, forming a perfect rosary.

AROMA:

On the nose, it is complex and intense, with pronounced aromas of ripe exotic fruit (pineapple and mango) alongside notes of citrus peel (lemon and mandarin) and floral hints. Later, spicy aromas are appreciated; all in perfect harmony with a honeyed background.

TASTE:

On the palate, it is creamy, indulgent, and smooth, with a good mouthfeel and magnificent acidity that gives it a certain freshness. It closes with a lingering finish marked by memories of the exotic fruits and citrus noted on the nose.

Vino blanco, Semi-dulce. Agradecido para acompañar pescados, crustáceos, aperitivos, etc.
Tomar a temperatura de 3 a 5 grados.
Verdejo de Rueda con diferentes aromas afrutados y burbujas suaves que dan un buqué particular.
Color pajizo, buena presencia.
Por último, también es recomendable tomar este vino con postres o dulces.
