TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Pale yellow with a greenish border. Very nice to see.

AROMA:

Nose in which the aromas of white fruit, especially pear and apple, stand out with a background of floral touches that makes it incredibly pleasant.

TASTE:

The palate highlights its marked acidity and the citrus notes that are claimed in the nose and in the mouth. Mediterranean and versatile, with a nuanced aromatic intensity. A sweet and sweet wine to drink in glasses.

MATCHING
To accompany ... El Vailet is the wine we choose to make it snack around a few servings of squid, clams and fresh fish. He is so generous he will let the fish, molluscs and seafood take center stage. It is responsible for enhancing the taste and refreshing the palate.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
White macerated maceration for 3 hours. Fermentation at 14 ° C of the two varieties separately. Aging on the lees in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Sterile filtration.

We recommend serving it at around 8-9º and keep it cool in a bucket with water and ice.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Empordà
The appellation of Origin Empordà is located on the northern-east of Catalonia. The territory is distributed in two regions and 55 villages. 35 belong to Alt Empordà and the remaining 20 belong to Baix Empodrà. The average annual production reaches the 65000 hectoliters of wine with a planted surface of around 2000 hectares. From its beginnings the denomination was called Empordà-Costa Brava, but in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was deleted.
