Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Yellow color with golden reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

The nose is presented with exceptional elegance and depth. It expresses its aromatic potential with notes of ripe white fruit, floral and a spicy touch on a very marked mineral background.

TASTE:

On the palate with exquisite unctuousness and magnificent agility. Fresh, persistent finish with a very expressive freshness.

Ideal with grilled white fish, soft pasta cheeses, vegetables, etc.

Còsmic Valentia is a white wine made in the D.O. Emporda por Còsmic Vinyaters in Agullana, Girona.

Salvador Batlle founded this winery with the philosophy of preserving the environment, respect for the forces of the earth and the minimal intervention of man in the production of wine. Performs viticulture based on biodynamic principles.

The project is carried out in two very different areas, one in the lower Penedés with well-adapted foreign varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc and this wine that we present in the upper Emporda area bordering the French border.

Còsmic Valentia is made with the Cariñena Blanca variety. The grapes come from a vineyard with an average age of 60 years on granite sand soils. It is harvested manually and collected in 12 kg boxes. The vinification is carried out in clay amphorae in which it ferments with its own yeasts and is aged for 2 months.
