Colour

Pale yellow in color with greenish reflections.

AROMA:

On the nose, it unveils intense aromas of green apple, pear, and white flowers, with subtle citrus notes that add freshness.

TASTE:

On the palate, it is a wine with excellent acidity and balance, with flavors reminiscent of fresh fruit, accompanied by a light minerality that adds depth.

Enjoy the Bougrier Chenin Blanc wine with seafood, grilled fish, or fresh salads.

This cuvée with 12-hour skin maceration and another part of the grapes pressed directly. Fermentation at low temperature (15-16ºC) for part of the cuvée and under wood in a cool cellar to emphasize the aromas. Aging in tanks on fine lees to develop the aromas through micro-oxygenation. It is dazzling with its elegance and freshness, which is conveyed through the ripe fruity palate, served with hints of honey and apricots.
