Pale straw-colored. Clean and bright.

AROMA:

Fresh, expressive. Notes of green apple, ripe pear and citrus.

TASTE:

Lightweight and balanced. Good mouth feel with hints of fruit. Harmonious end.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
The building belongs to the family Martin Can Torello from 1395 and covers 135 hectares in the fertile Alt Penedès. Cultivate varieties of white grapes Macabeo, Xarel.lo, Parellada, Chardonnay and Subirat Parent and black, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Syrah.
Torello and sparkling wines are made with a main objective, the care of their vineyards with passion and demand, quality assurance future. In several of the wine cellars, occupying 5,500 sqm remaining bottles of champagne resting and enriching its flavor and quality....

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Penedès
Between the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona is located the Penedès region, with the largest wine-growing surface and the largest production in Catalonia. Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, the Pre-litoral Mountains and from the Llobregat River to the Gaià River. The most important cities of this appellation of origin are the Vilafranca del Penedès (capital city) and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The more planted variety is Xarel·lo, with a surface of more than 7000 hectares.
