TASTING NOTE
Colour

Straw yellow color with light steely reflections.

AROMA:

On the nose it is subtle and elegant, with a high expression of the variety. Predominance of stone fruits, on an intense background of white flowers and apple, light notes of passion fruit, pineapple appear.

TASTE:

It is tasty, showing a delicious acidity that allows a good palate, full-bodied and intense finish.

MATCHING
With mixed rice (meat and fish), with exotic-oriental (Japanese) cuisine, with fresh pasta combined with vegetables, boletus or seafood. Ideal as a wine, for starters, for drinks or as a glass of white wine.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Serve between 10º C and 12º C

Comprehensive maturation control to determine the optimal harvest date. Manual with standard boxes of 20 kg capacity, which prevent alteration of the quality of the fruit. Selection and classification in the vineyard and cellar of the best grapes.

In alcoholic fermentation, the must obtained after gentle pressing of destemmed grains at the foot of the tank for approximately 15 days at a temperature of 16-18 ºC.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Rías Baixas
Rías Baixas is one of the five wine-growing regions of Galicia, located mainly in the zone of Pontevedra. The appellation is divided in five sub-regions depending on the production: O Rosal, Val de Salnés, Soutomaior, Ribeira do Ulla, Condado do Tea. The vineyard area occupies about 4,000 hectares with an average production, belonging to 180 wineries. This appellation D.O Rías Baixas is the largest producer in Galicia. Total production reaches 16 million liters of wine. The icon is the wine elaborated with the grape Albariño, aromatic and harmonious wines with remarkable acidity and moderated alcoholic graduation. Even the national consumption is high; the majority of the production is exported abroad, basically in countries such as US, Germany, United Kingdom and Japan.
