TASTING NOTE
Colour

Lemon yellow, transparent and bright.

AROMA:

Medium intensity, aromas of tropical fruit papaya, custard apple, white flowers and some lemon cream note

TASTE:

Light, fresh, soft, pleasant on the palate, a salty point, refreshing, young fun, casual.

MATCHING
Ideal as a glass, refreshing, fresh wine and an acid point with fresh salads and contributions of fruit, apples, strawberries, fun combinations. Pasta in general including seafood: shrimp, various seafood, fish cakes and vegetable creams such as pumpkin cream with grilled scallops.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
ALBARIÑO MARIETA

VARIETIES: Albariño 100%
PREPARATION: Marieta arises after a manual harvest in 20kg boxes. The bunches are destemmed and pressed. A natural settling takes place 24-36 hours after which alcoholic fermentation begins at 16-18ºC in stainless steel tanks. After several racking, rest comes. The stabilization is produced by cold and the wine is finally filtered before bottling.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Rías Baixas
Rías Baixas is one of the five wine-growing regions of Galicia, located mainly in the zone of Pontevedra. The appellation is divided in five sub-regions depending on the production: O Rosal, Val de Salnés, Soutomaior, Ribeira do Ulla, Condado do Tea. The vineyard area occupies about 4,000 hectares with an average production, belonging to 180 wineries. This appellation D.O Rías Baixas is the largest producer in Galicia. Total production reaches 16 million liters of wine. The icon is the wine elaborated with the grape Albariño, aromatic and harmonious wines with remarkable acidity and moderated alcoholic graduation. Even the national consumption is high; the majority of the production is exported abroad, basically in countries such as US, Germany, United Kingdom and Japan.
